Shipping and Delivery

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch lots of products to satisfied customers across the world.

International deliveries usually take between 5-7 working days.

Local deliveries (within Lebanon) usually take between 2-3 working days.

Order status and tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing hello@byceetouch.com. 

We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ByCeeTouch  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
