Orders

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. 

Cash on Delivery is only accepted for orders from Lebanon.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at help@byceetouch.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at help@byceetouch.com to initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing help@byceetouch.com. 

We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch lots of products to satisfied customers across the world. Deliveries usually take between 5-7 working days.

Local shipments in Lebanon are free of charge.

For international shipments, the sipping charges will be automatically calculated on checkout based on weight, volume and the destination of your order
